Customer Account Agents

We’re looking for experienced sales agents who can act as the first point of contact for new customers. You’ll need to have the confidence to deal with a wide range of people combined with the ability to work in a challenging, target driven environment. You’ll be creating new accounts, cross-selling our products, responding to general enquiries and ultimately ensuring that our customers receive great service.

To become part of this professional and sales focused team you will need:

• A minimum of 6 month’s experience in a sales environment
• Previous Contact Centre experience will give you a distinct advantage
• Proven high-quality sales skills and strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to express yourself clearly and calmly
• The capability and desire to achieve sales targets
• Results driven and able to remain calm during busy periods
• An open team player with a positive and enthusiastic demeanour
• Excellent rapport-building skills and the ability able to work with a script using your own sparkling personality
• Self motivation and the confidence in your ability to achieve
• Strong numerical and written skills
• A keen eye for detail
• The drive to take ownership of tasks, seeing them right through from start to finish

You must also be able to work shifts between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am and 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
