My Statement

Can I view my current transactions?

Yes, once you are registered you can view all of the transactions that you have made since your last statement, excluding any that have been made within the last 24 hours.

Can I view my current statements?

Yes, once you are registered you can view up to 4 months of your statements online.

Can I print off a copy of my online statement?

Yes, you can.

What will appear on the paper statement that would not appear on the online statement?

Your online statement is the same as your paper statement, however you will not receive any messages via your online statement, e.g. credit limit decrease messages, instead you will receive these messages via email.

How will I know when my new statement can be viewed online?

You will be sent a monthly email, and SMS alert, to tell you that your new statement is available online. If the SMS or email does not get through (bounces back) a letter will be sent to you instead telling you that your statement is available and reminding you to update your contact details.

I do not wish to receive my statement in the post anymore, I would like to receive it via the online service instead, is this possible?

Yes, you can choose to stop receiving statements in the post and only receive these via eVanquis. To be able to use this facility you must be an existing eVanquis customer, if you are NOT then please follow these simple steps: 

  1. Go to www.vanquis.co.uk
  2. Then go to the ‘My Vanquis’ tab.
  3. Click on the eVanquis panel where you will find out more information and you can register for the service.
  4. Click on the ‘register now’ icon and follow the 3 simple steps.  

         If you ARE already an existing eVanquis customer then you need to:

  1. Go to www.vanquis.co.uk
  2. Log in to your eVanquis account.
  3. Go to ‘contact details and preferences’.
  4. Select ‘eVanquis only’.

My Payment

If I register my Vanquis Bank Visa Account online today, can I use it straight away?

Yes, once your have registered your Vanquis Bank Visa Account successfully you will receive a ‘Registration Successful’ message which will prompt you to sign into your account. You will then be required to enter the following to view your account details:

  • Internet ID
  • Last name
  • Memorable Word
  • Passcode (you will be asked to input 2 random numbers from your passcode).

 Please remember that these are all case sensitive.

Can I make a payment online if I have not signed up to eVanquis?

Yes, you can, please follow these simple steps to make your payment:

  1. Go to www.Vanquis.co.uk
  2. Click on the blue ‘Pay my Card’ icon at the top of the home page.
  3. On the next page, enter your 16 digit credit card account number and 2 characters of your security number.

 Once this has been done, you will be able to make a payment.

Can I pay more than my minimum payment online?

Yes, you can choose to pay anything between your minimum payment and your current outstanding balance.  

Can I set up a Direct Debit online to pay my Vanquis Bank Visa Account?

Yes, go to the ‘Your Account’ section and click on the Direct Debit link on the left hand side of the screen, then simply follow the instructions shown to set up your Direct Debit. However, please ensure that you continue to pay your Vanquis Bank Visa account in the usual way until you receive confirmation via your monthly statements that the Direct Debit is in operation.

Can I cancel or amend my Direct Debit online?

No, you can only set up a Direct Debit using this service. If you wish to cancel or amend your Direct Debit, then please call Customer Service on 0871 770 5555 (calls to 0871 numbers will be charged at 7p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary).

My Vanquis Bank Visa Credit Card

Can I order a replacement Card online if my Vanquis Bank Visa Credit Card is damaged?

No, I am sorry but for security reasons you are not able to order a replacement card online. Please call Customer Service on 0871 770 5555 who will deal with this for you.(calls to 0871 numbers will be charged at 7p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary).

Can I report my card lost or stolen online?

Can I add an additional cardholder to my account online?

Yes, you can request the form online. Once completed and returned to us we will then set this up for you. Is the eVanquis site secure?

We at Vanquis Bank understand the importance of ensuring that your personal details are kept secure and safe. Extensive testing has been carried out which has confirmed the security of the site.  eVanquis also shares security features with the sites of other leading brands in the Credit Card industry and has been bench-marked against other card  sites.  You can be confident in knowing that when you use the eVanquis site  your personal details will be protected.

Internet Browsers

My Internet Browser is not showing the site clearly, why is this?

This might be due to the browser that you are currently using, Vanquis online supports Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox 2 and 3, Safari and Google Chrome. If you do not have one of these internet browsers then you will not be able to access this service.

I have the correct Internet Browser but I am still having problems seeing the website

If your PC is using one of the supported internet browsers, IE 6 and 7, Firefox 2 and 3, Safari and Google Chrome, and you are still unable to see the website then please call the helpline on 0871 770 3058 from 9am to 10pm Monday to Sunday and someone will be able to help you (please note that calls to 0871 numbers will be charged at 7p per minute from a BT landline.
