Beware of Fraudsters Pretending to be Vanquis

 

Criminals might call you pretending to be from Vanquis, claiming you need to share a code to stop a transaction or process a refund. Remember, our staff will never ask you for your passcode. If you get such a call, it's a scam, end the call.

Managing your account made quick and easy

 

It is easy to manage your account if you're already a Vanquis App customer. With your Vanquis App check your balance, transactions or statements. Need to make a payment? You can set up and manage your Direct Debit or make quick debit card payments. All this and more in your Vanquis App, no need to call.
