Vanquis is working to support our customers as the economy and country are affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19).


If you've received a letter from us saying your card will be suspended

If you've had a letter from us since 1st March saying you're in persistent debt and your card will be suspended if you don’t contact us now, don’t worry we're extending the deadline for you to get in touch to 1st October 2020. This means your card will not be suspended and you will still be able to use it as long as your account is in order.


In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we recognise you may currently be experiencing challenging circumstances and may not be able to contact us right away.
