Are there any late payment fees on my Personal Loan?


No, we don’t charge late payment fees. If you’re having trouble repaying your loan, miss a payment or think you’ll miss a payment, view our Missed Payments page for more support. It’s important that you speak to our team so that we can help. A missed payment can damage your credit score. This could make it more difficult and more expensive to borrow money, or even take out a phone contract, in future.



How do I change my loan payment due date or the account from which I'm paying my loan?


To update either the payment date or your bank account details, please call our team using the contact details below.

Please keep in mind that changing your loan payment date may result in you paying additional interest over the rest of your loan term.



Can I settle my loan early?


Yes you can. If you settle your loan early, we’ll reduce the total amount you have to pay us. This is because you’ll pay less interest if you pay your loan off quicker. We’ll give you a quote showing how much you’d need to pay in 28 days’ time. That’ll include interest for the next 28 days, but since we’ll only charge you interest up to the date on which you actually pay, if you pay straight away, you’ll pay less. You can give us a call to find out how much you’ll need to pay on the day.
