Introducing Payit™ - a fast, simple and secure way to pay your Vanquis Credit Card. When you make a payment via our app with Payit™, you’ll get an instant update to your available credit so you know how much you have available to spend on your Vanquis card.
Your balance will update to show how much you owe, minus any pending purchases or payments the next working day if your payment is made before 6:30pm.
It's really simple:
- Log into your Vanquis app and select ‘Make a payment’
- Select Payit™ and choose the bank and bank account you want to make your Vanquis credit card payment from
- Authenticate using your normal mobile banking journey, and that's it

What is Payit™?
We’ve partnered with NatWest to bring you Payit™, a fast, simple and safe way to pay your Vanquis credit card within the Vanquis App.
You can make payments from major UK banks including NatWest, Halifax, Lloyds, Barclays, Nationwide and many more without the use of a debit card.
Why should I choose to pay with Payit™?
When you select Payit™ to pay your Vanquis credit card, you’ll see all your bank balances in one view so you’ll get to choose the bank account you would like to make your Vanquis payment from.
Once you’ve made your Vanquis credit card payment, you’ll see an instant update to your available credit unlike other payment methods that take much longer to reach your account and don’t provide and instant update to your available credit.
How do I use Payit™?
When you make a payment to your Vanquis credit card via the Vanquis app, you’ll get the option to choose to pay with Payit™.
- Log into your Vanquis account via the app and select ‘Make a payment’
- Select Payit™ and choose the bank and bank account you want to make your Vanquis credit card payment from
- Authenticate using your your normal mobile banking journey, and that's it
Your payment will be made immediately and you’ll see instantly how much you have to spend on your Vanquis card. Your balance will update the next working day if your payment is made before 6:30pm. You’ll then be able to see how much you owe minus any pending purchases or payments.
Can I choose to pay with Payit™ if I am not registered to the Vanquis app?
No, as a registered Vanquis app customer you have free use of this service.
Is Payit a safe and secure way to make a payment to my Vanquis credit card?
Yes, Payit™ is a safe and secure way to make a payment to your Vanquis credit card via the Vanquis app. Payit™ does not share any personal or financial information.
I have a Direct Debit or CPA (Continuous Payment Authority) set up, can I still make payments using Payit™?
This does not affect your Debit Debit or CPA payments already set up on your account. These payments will continue as normal. However, if you wish to make additional payments to your Vanquis credit card you can choose to pay with Payit™ via the app.
Do I need to have a NatWest account to choose to pay with Payit™?
No, you don’t need to have a NatWest account to pay with Payit™. Simply login to the App and select Payit™ when you make a payment to your Vanquis credit card, and you’ll see a list of your available bank accounts you can make your payment from. Customers of all major UK banks can use Payit™.
Can I pay with Payit™ at any time and will always get an instant update to my Vanquis available credit?
You can make a payment with Payit™ at any time. The instant update to your Vanquis available credit is subject to your banks standard processes and checks.
Can I use Payit™ if I don’t have online banking?
No, you need to be registered for mobile banking with both your Vanquis account and your bank account at the bank you’d like to pay from before you can make payments using Payit™.
